How It Works
You are invited to join us here at Greyfiars Vineyard for a delightful afternoon/evening of Pasta Making and Wine Tasting. Rosie from the Towpath Kitchen will be joining us to share her expertise in the Art of Pasta Making and you will have the opportunity to make your own fresh pasta choosing from a number of styles, Spaghetti, Penne, Tagliatelle or Farfalle.
We will begin the evening with a delicious full glass of one of our favourite sparkling wines and a few nibbles to settle you into the evening. Next Rosie will take you through the masterclass in pasta making. Whilst your dough rests we will share 3 wines samples, all award winning and talk about the wines and food pairings.
Following the tasting you will complete your pasta before sitting down to enjoy the freshly cooked bowl of artisan pasta, made by you, and served with a homemade fresh red or green pesto and a big helping of 30 month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. This will all be enjoyed with a final small glass of sparkling wine.
Following the event you will have the chance to purchase any wines to take home and enjoy a 10% discount.
This event will take place in our Tasting Room and will last approx. 3 hours
What to Bring
We will have a record of your name so you dont need to bring your ticket. All equipment and tools will be provided
