This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.

It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
