2022 was an outstanding year for English wines characterised by a lot of sunshine and dry weather throughout the summer heatwave allowing us to make some excellent still wines.

Using our best Pinot Noir grapes along with a generous splash of Pinot Meunier, we have crafted a beautifully pale pink dry rosé wine that is balanced and perfectly poised between rich and delicious fruit flavours and freshness that will keep you coming back for another glass. Bottled in June 2023, the wine offers summer berry fruit flavours and a dry, zesty finish that will transport you straight to a warm summer’s day no matter the weather.

  • The Pinot Noir grapes came from the ripest corner of our Monkshatch vineyard and were soaked for 12 hours prior to pressing with the juice undergoing malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Meunier component did not go through malolactic fermentation to preserve the fruit and maintain acidity. All the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in June 2023.
