This is the sixth release of a Still Sauvignon Blanc at Greyfriars and quite possibly our best yet.
It is an intense, dry and wonderfully aromatic white wine, with an elegant bouquet expressing a perfect mix of elderflower, gooseberry and greengage.
Fresh and zippy with ripe gooseberry fruit on the palate leading to a delicately herbaceous finish reminiscent of fresh garden peas.

WHAT THE CRITICS SAY
OZ CLARKE
"Smashing fizz made by the Wagstaffs – we went to the same college at uni. So he must be good. Fresh, lively with a delicious savoury nuttiness."
MATTHEW JUKES
"This is a superb discovery, and if you have yet to taste it, I insist you make a beeline for a bottle or two because the perfume, lift, weight, and tension components here are assembled with such precision it is extraordinary."
